House of Raven – Returns & Refunds Policy

At House of Raven, every item is created or curated with intention—from freshly roasted coffee to handcrafted bags and jewelry. Because of the nature of our products, return eligibility varies by category. Please review the details below before placing your order.

Handmade Bags & Jewelry

All bags and jewelry sold by House of Raven are handcrafted. Due to the handmade nature of these items, we offer returns only in the case of a verified defect in materials or craftsmanship.

Defective Items Only

  • Defects must be reported within 30 days of delivery

  • The item must be unused and in original condition

  • Normal variations in handmade items, natural wear, or preference changes do not qualify as defects

To request a defect review, please contact us with:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos showing the defect

Approved returns will be resolved at our discretion through repair, replacement, or refund, depending on the nature of the issue and product availability.

Commissioned & Custom Pieces
All commissioned, made-to-order, or custom pieces are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Each commissioned item is created specifically for you based on selected options and design requests.

Non-Returnable Situations
Returns will not be accepted for:

  • Commissioned or custom items

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, alterations, or improper care

  • Buyer’s remorse or preference changes

Coffee Orders

We want you to feel confident trying House of Raven Coffee.

First-Time Coffee Customers
If you are not satisfied with your first bag of coffee, we will issue a full refund—no questions asked and no return required.
This applies one time per customer. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Returning Customers
Because coffee is a perishable product:

  • Coffee returns are not accepted after the first purchase

  • Refunds or exchanges are only considered in cases of damaged delivery or shipping-related issues

Shipping & Delivery Issues

  • Any damage or delivery issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery

  • Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage

  • Requests submitted after 48 hours are not eligible for refund or replacement

Shipping Costs

  • Express and expedited shipping fees are non-refundable, including Next Day Air, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select, and other overnight services

  • Ground shipping is not refunded unless the order arrived damaged due to fulfillment or carrier error

Policy Enforcement

House of Raven reserves the right to refuse any return, refund, or exchange that does not meet the conditions outlined in this policy.

Meet Raven

I’m Raven — creator, maker, biker, wife, mom, and the woman behind every stitch, roast, and design you see here.

And if we’re being honest? I didn’t build House of Raven to fit into anyone’s mold.
I built it because I got tired of shrinking to make other people comfortable.

For years, I was told to tone it down… but that story ends here.

How House of Raven Was Born

House of Raven started in a tiny corner of my home — a toolbox full of yarn, a notebook full of ideas, and a fire in my chest that said, “Do it your way or don’t do it at all.”

What began with one hand-crocheted bag turned into a full-blown brand built on intention, craftsmanship, integrity, and a whole lot of badass energy.

I didn’t want to mass-produce anything. I didn’t want cheap fast-fashion or soulless designs.
I wanted to create pieces with a pulse — pieces bold women feel in their bones.

How We Create At House of Raven

House of Raven isn’t mass-produced — and it’s definitely not rushed.

Most pieces are crafted ahead of time in small, intentional batches, designed to be ready when the right woman finds them. That gives me full control over quality, materials, and the details that matter — without cutting corners or burning out the creative process.

Every bag, wallet, and accessory is still made by hand, one piece at a time, with purpose and precision.

From time to time, I open limited commission spots for custom pieces. These are rare, capped, and offered only when the timing (and the creative energy) is right.

This approach keeps House of Raven bold, sustainable, and uncompromising.

No factories.

No shortcuts.

No cookie-cutter anything.

Just damn good craftsmanship — done with intention.
